If you are visiting us for the first time please let us know at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions that might prevent you from having treatments or using the facilities included in our spa days and evenings.
These may include, but are not limited to, past or present:
- Cancers or tumours
- Heart conditions
- Epilepsy or seizures
- Blood disorders
- Liver or Kidney disorders
- Joint or spine conditions
- Pregnancy or nursing
- Recent surgeries
If you would like any further clarification or advice regarding any of these conditions please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to advise.
We require a 50% deposit for all treatments booked for Monday- Friday over £30 and full payment for all Saturday and Sunday bookings. If you cannot make your appointment please let us know as soon as possible however, cancellations within 48 hours of your treatment are subject to a 50% cancellation charge. If you do not attend your appointment with out giving notice then you will forfeit the full cost of your treatment. This cancellation policy also applies to gift vouchers.
We know that sometimes it is a struggle to make your exact appointment time however, please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill in consultation forms and relax before your treatment. Unfortunately, arriving late may result in a shortened or altered treatment. All treatment times include consultation and aftercare advice.
For the comfort of yourself and other guests, please turn mobile phones off whilst in the treatment rooms & the Relaxation Lounge and keep noise to a minimum.
When attending an appointment or spa day, clients can park in the Radisson Blu Hotel car park free of charge. Please make a note of your car registration plate and a member of staff with add it to the parking system for that day.
